School Improvement Goals

School Improvement Goal 2026-27:

1. Improve student outcomes through a committed, school-wide approach to the regular administration and collaborative analysis of common formative and summative assessments. 

2. Empower students to become Critical Thinkers by integrating cross-curricular informational text and SAT practice that requires perseverance in evaluating complex ideas, aiming for five points of year-over-year growth on the PSAT/SAT. 

3. Continue to share engagement strategies while also finding ways to combat student apathy, address trauma concerns, and improve overall student behavior building-wide. 

4. In an effort to improve PD, we will have regular discussions with Guiding Coalition and Faculty Council to determine building-level professional development topics and be receptive to feedback.
